1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZINOREL (PVT) LTD ("Zinorel", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of zinorel.com, our software services, and associated platforms.
2. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, source code, designs, brand marks, and digital assets associated with Zinorel platforms, Zinorel Fiton, Zinorel Console, and Zinorel Chat are the exclusive property of ZINOREL (PVT) LTD.
3. Platform & SLA Standards
For enterprise customers utilizing our dedicated instances, cloud software, or custom solutions, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), uptime commitments, and support tiers are governed by the dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between parties.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
